At hautee.pk, we want you to shop with confidence and enjoy a worry-free experience. All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch.
Please review product size charts carefully before placing an order, as sizing standards may vary across items. If a product does not have a size chart, feel free to use our online chat option for assistance.
When You Can Return an Item
We accept returns/exchanges only if:

You received a defective or damaged product.

The product delivered is not what you ordered.

The size delivered is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
👉 If you face any of the above issues, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll respond within 1 working day with the next steps.
⚠️ Note: Items without these issues cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags/packaging.

Items purchased with coupons are not eligible for return/exchange. If you used a coupon + another payment method, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.

Items purchased on SALE are not refundable.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) shipments.

Steps:

Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

Ship the item to the provided address and share the tracking details.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Return requests not aligned with this policy may not be accepted.

We currently do not offer free return services — please use a reliable courier with tracking.
