Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PKT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, and BlueEx, through multi-courier apps like Universal Courier Pakistan and WeShip.

Options available:

  • Flat rate shipping (e.g., PKR 250)

  • Weight-based rates

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available across Pakistan

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 business days

  • Smaller cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days


International Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Pakistan Post.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination (calculated at checkout).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders above PKR 2500 (eligible regions only).


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates are also synced with your order details for easy monitoring.


Delays & Disruptions

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Courier issues

If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you promptly via email or WhatsApp.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
